What if I’ve dyed my hair?
No problem. We’ll cover your hair during your draping to minimise its influence, and we just ask that you let us know in advance so we can factor it into your analysis if you’ve chosen the virtual option.
What if I have tattooed eyebrows or lips?
That’s fine too. You’ll receive a questionnaire before your consultation so we can account for anything that may affect the analysis. We’re trained to spot undertones through many layers.
Can I upgrade my virtual analysis to include the integration call later?
Yes. When you receive your results, you’ll have the option to add a 30-minute integration call for $100 AUD. It’s a simple upgrade and most women love having the space to ask questions once they’ve seen their palette.
What if I don’t like the result?
The goal of colour analysis isn’t to box you in, it’s to give you clarity. Your palette isn’t a rulebook. It’s a tool to help you build a more magnetic, expressive, and harmonious version of your style.
